We are frequently customers here and the food seems to always be good but this time the grilled chicken was deep fried you can see the oil dripping from the chicken and on top of it you asked for $2 more for tip. How extremely rude, the bill was $53.66 and I gave her a $10 tip and asked for $2 more. What kind of hustle is this place running now? Was giving you $2 really going to make or break you and you constantly need to ask for things and they give you an attitude or make a face even for a straw. They lost a good customer I will not be returning!

I m choosing to give 3 stars because the bowl in which they serve pho is broken on the rim which is not considered good . Please don’t serve food in chipped bowl. Otherwise the food is very good and clean environment and good atmosphere. Just need to do better with chipped bowl.

I have to say this so you all can know. I’ve been coming here pretty much weekly in order to get some cheap food. Back then, they were honest. One of the rare restaurants to calculate tip BEFORE tax. Now they tack the percentage on top of the subtotal AND tax together. Sneaky. Also when you pay your bill, they kind of wait for you to go to the desk to pay where the person would just ask you which tip you want to select. It puts you on the spot if you wanted to do custom tip. Very disappointing that it has become that. I will be visiting less now

The guy at the cashier is very rude and zero customer service skill. I often go there in but this time I went to pick it up, made me wait 15 min after he said the order was ready for pick up. I waited even though I was double parked with zero complaint. When it comes to them giving the wrong order, he was telling me to bring it back. I just drove to pick it up, they messed up and they should be coming to pick it up. The Filet mignon was smelling old and not the regular style which we normally get in the store which we informed him. I have been going there for many years, but now I will not be going there anymore. Food quality has gone down and person who is supposed to handle customer service is just too ignorant and rude. No wonder why they have less than 4 star.

First time eating pho. First time eating Vietnamese cuisine. My sister tried it the day before and loved it. She insisted I tried it too. It was definitely different but I enjoyed it. The Soup is very filling. I loved the tea. I'm not too crazy about the seating cause everyone is on top of each other. My sister wants to go back. Maybe I'll try something different next time.
